• I worked with Monecia, who is absolutely amazing. She understood my concerns with a previous injury and worked over several massages to remove muscle tension and trigger points that I had been holding for atleast two years and had caused me pain. The massages have helped my knee pain (where the surgeries had happened) and allowed lightness and agility in my movements. It's so much more comfortable to walk!
