• Love my massage therapist. Some of the rooms could use updates. Chairs. Squeaky table. Non ticking clock :)

• Everything was excellent from atmosphere to reception to accommodations to massage service. Three things could have gone better/differently, which I feel could be helped by having more therapists on staff and/or more space. 1. We weren't asked which therapist we would prefer. We were greeted at the door, and ushered to our rooms. (Not a major problem, and we both felt that our therapists did amazing work. It would just be nice to be asked if we have a preference for a specific type of work or depth of pressure.) We've received this level of service at every other massage establishment that we've visited. 2. For our 1pm appt, we showed up 10 minutes early as directed. We were taken back to the rooms sometime around 10 minutes after 1. Our 60 minute massage ended promptly at 2pm based on the clock in the room. Again, not a huge deal, just something of note. 3. Our purchased service included a beverage, which was nice, but we were not given an opportunity to learn what the beverage would be. The main reason this is a concern for us is that my wife does have some food allergies. While the beverage served did not turn out to be an allergen for my wife, it's just nice to know. The other issue with this particular part of the afternoon is that we were asked to leave the room about 5 minutes after we sat down because of a double booking issue. These are pretty small miscues, and are mostly built on preference. We definitely plan to return in the future, but we do think that these points provide room for the business to grow a bit.
