• Jen is great! However, I was disappointed with the efficiency of the scheduling and when I got there, the schedule showed 1 1/2 hour massage instead of the 2 hour I had requested. Fortunately Jen could accommodate the 2 hours and the receptionist quickly changed the appointment to what I had originally requested. I am disappointed that the point system does not allow for a 90 minute massage.
