• I loved the services and the environment. I just could not get through on the phone - went to voicemail several times when trying to call, and when in the float tank did not get a 15 minute warning, the hair dryer did not work, and there was nobody at the front desk when I left and none of the other rooms were occupied, yet people were waiting in the front area and there were people talking in the employee room. Glad I left the tip when I got there for the massage therapist and paid a head of time. I ended up just walking out without saying goodbye to anyone and I thought that was super tacky.
