• My Apt was scheduled for 2:30pm. Was asked to check in at 2:15pm. Staff was late, didn't go in till 2:40pm.

• I really enjoyed the massage but disappointed that it wasn't a whole hour. When told to come at 1:15 does that mean the massage starts at that time. You may tell further customer so they get their full massage
