• When scheduling I had to call multiple times but when the receptionist did pick up she was very nice and got us in asap. We were also running late and wanted to give them the heads up just so they didn't think we were a no show but again the receptionist didn't answer. She was however very nice when we got there about still getting us in now or letting us reschedule.

• I had a great massage! No one was at the front desk when I arrived so my massage started late but my masseus made up for it
