• Staff was amazing. Every member we interacted with was great. They were prepared for our arrival and talked us through everything. Spaces were all clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere.

• The only challenge is that the gift card process has consistently been problematic. I spent 30 minutes with the help of the receptionist to get the gift released. The purchaser was not with me and so it was not accessible. I was lucky that they just happened to be available by phone and that I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment.
