• The ambiance was pleasant, great customer, and the float experience was amazing! I also appreciated having a black therapist and the diversity in the facility. My only suggestion is to provide instructions on how to enjoy the floating experience. For example it was my first time and I was confused on what to do until I put the neck brace on and allowed myself to relax and let the process happen. After I did that I was able to enjoy the experience. Blessings

• Everything was great, except my 60 minutes got cut a little short. Didn't go back until 310, was out and dressed by 405. Probably more like 45 minute massage

• Avery was phenomenal. I felt heard and she worked with how much pressure I could handle. Along with explaining her next steps. I left feeling like a new woman. My husband got great relief from Stephen. As a roofer by trade my husband doesn't get a lot of relief in his back. Stephen worked some magic.
