• I was hurting really badly and afterwards I had zero pain. There was no stiffness in my hands, my head didn't feel so heavy that it would snap off my neck, I've not had a headache since Saturday, my shoulder blade doesn't have the stabbing pain, and there has been little pain or numbness in my left arm or wrists. Brita even gave me some stretches I can do to help in between sessions. Great experience.
