I've gotten used to being in pain most of the time. I just blamed it on getting older and working out. Today was the first day I woke up and didn't feel like I had a creaky body. I have felt better than I can remember. I also slept 11 hours after my massage. My husband was making fun of me when I woke up so late. I'm so happy I came and hope I can make massage part of my wellness routine.
