• Lisa was very attentive to my concerns and explained everything she was doing. The massage was great and very relaxing! The reason I didn't choose the 10 rating is because, as good as it was, the massage didn't correct the issue I came in for. Not Lisa's fault at all, she explained from the beginning that the massage may not fix my issue. Thank you very much Lisa!

• I loved every moment from the beginning at the desk to receiving the wonderful room with beautiful smell. Great taste of music but the most important was Jen who had incredible skills, especially on the neck and shoulders. The only little tiny thing I would ask next time it was a little bit too cold for me.
