He did a great job addressing those concerns with good pressure & technique, checking in with me periodically about how much pressure to use. Justin was personable & caring and I felt wonderful after the massage. The next day my back pain is greatly diminished & I can stretch & walk comfortably. Also, front desk people were courteous & kind. Massage Connections is a lovely, relaxing, & clean space. I will definitely return for another massage soon.
