The environment was both positive and relaxing. My therapist, Sara, was very attentive to my needs as well as informative on how I can improve in my daily routine. The front desk receptionists were patient, understanding, and proactive in getting us checked in for our appointments along with ensuring our bill was paid in full and tip was provided for our therapists
