Kept on schedule, therapist I scheduled with was unable to do massage I was called in ample time and offered to reschedule or use another therapist. The receptionist that called was extremely pleasant and apologetic. I chose another therapist as I had never been to your facility. Maleiva (sp?) Was friendly, punctual and professional. Receptionist at the facility was very friendly and professional.
