Aubrey (massage therapist) was amazing!!!!! Facial with Shelby was subpar at best. She literally didn't explain a single thing she was doing, what the products were for, or what her findings of my skin were. She didn't steam my face for long enough, didn't use examination magnification lens, or do any extractions. Disappointing. Won't be back for a facial but will def return for a massage.
