I never had a deep tissue massage nor knew what to expect. All I did know was that I needed help or a solution for chronic neck and shoulder pain that got to a point to were I didn't want to get out of bed. I went with the front desk recommendations for what I needed and scheduled a appointment for the next day. My masus walked and talked me through everything and explained what she was doing along the way and why. From the initial call to completing my appointment, everything with Massage Theory was a great first impression.
