Sheet is thin, feels nearly transparent. Should be 2 layers or ask about a blanket. I always have to ask. The arms & hot stones seemed like a light stroke as compared to pressure applied to other body parts. The therapist was nice & attentive, pleasant personality. I would use her again & give more directive - skip the face massage.
