• It's been over a year since I've been in. I had been coming in for regular massages while caring for my elderly dad but stopped after he passed. I missed my regular appointments which helped keep me relatively pain free, increased my flexibility, and just made me generally feel better. The plan to is get back into the routine because I know it helps my overall health in a positive way!
