• Daniel is great! He even showed me stretches to keep my neck from locking up between massages. My headaches are gone. I had been seeing a massage therapist for 6 years mostly weekly but recently relocated to Lexington. I will be making my appointments with massage strong from now on. Plus were able to get me in the next day!!

• Robert was absolutely amazing at getting my body to a place I haven't felt in a really long time. Working in the hair industry, I'm on my feet a majority of the day. He was knowledgeable (and educational) on what I specifically needed to help my shoulder areas that have been locked up for a long period of time. I would unequivocally recommend Massage Strong and Robert for anything you needed when it came to full body massage.
