I highly recommend Andy Libert! I had back pain from wearing lead and did not sleep through the night for 7 months. Andy worked on me once and could tell where I was tight and needed work and I've been sleeping through the night. He gave me exercises also to work on at home to loosen my muscles and spent a lot of time to teach me how to use a foam roller. He was a Godsend. I was wondering if I'd ever be able to sleep a whole night again and enjoy it! Definitely go here! Best of all they take St. Charles Health insurance so you can get an hour massage for $25.

Dorrian was amazing!! It's like she could see through my skin. She was great to talk to but also had a lot of quiet time for me to zone out. I really appreciated all her knowledge and experience. Book with her if you can, just leave some time to get in because she is busy for a reason!

I came in for an overdue massage, barely able to lift my arms after an exceptionally tough workout the day before. Nancy listened to my needs and got a lot accomplished in an hour. Perfectly named massage studio as Jennifer worked out some serious golf balls in my lower back and 'glutes'. My SI Joint had been acting up and it took a chunk of backside real estate with it. To feel the lumps literally disappear on table and the relief that I felt, was amazing. I left standing much straighter and collected not to mention pain-free. Thanks Jennifer for working your magic!
