• The customer service was top tier, my therapist was kind and accommodating, he put forth adequate effort to make me feel safe, he actually listened intently during conversation and made sure to be aware of preexisting conditions beyond what was written on the intake paperwork. I really appreciate his professionalism, and it felt good to be on the receiving end of the services. I'm so used to being the massage therapist or the hairstylist or the therapist. I really enjoyed my massage and the way he informed me on how to avoid this in the future, if possible

• Katherine is amazing. She is the best masseuse. However, sometimes the room assigned to her is not up to your standards. Too close to the reception therefore, too noise.
