• I had a great massage with David - he has excellent technique and very professional. I wanted to follow up on a neuromuscular massage credit that I requested on Friday, May 6th. On that day, I booked a regular massage at 9 p.m. with David, but Alyssa from the front desk assumed that it was to be a neuromuscular massage without checking with me. I paid for the regular massage out of pocket and Alyssa said that she would inform management of the error so that I may receive my neuromuscular massage credit. During my next visit last night, I checked in about my credit with Brie, another front desk associate, and she informed me that no such credit has been issued. Can you resolve this issue and provide an update as soon as possible, please? Thank you.
