• Nedra had a wonderful firm touch. It was strong, but not intense. She worked over large areas strongly, then gradually increased pressure where needed. At no point did I ever feel like it was too much; her firm, strong pressure helped me relax significantly and reduced my pain. Most importantly, I didn't have residual pain in the following few days after the massage. She is highly skilled and empathetic, and I look forward to seeing her again.
