Massage Moment Advanced Therapy

Hands down one of the best massage therapists I've ever had, and this comes from years of experience. Tamara has amazing technique and expertise and intuition to guide targeted treatment.

Tamara helped empower me through practice. What I found after years of therapy was a lack of positivity and peace in my life with the events in the past. I found that EMDR and the continuous explanation of why certain things upset me kept me unbalanced and constantly remembering a loop of the pain I had endured. I wanted to let go of that pain I felt everyday. When I first started working with Tamara she said something that really gave me a sense of faith, "Remy I am working with you to someday not have to work with you. That is our goal to have you do it on your own and not need me anymore".

What Happened in the time I spent with Tamara was life changing. Positive events surfaced in my life once I became positive and changed my way of thinking. I was negative and unsatisfied with no one in my life succeeding my expectations. I came to find great relief when being explained my perspective needed to change. What that meant is, we worked on recreating my brain chemistry and train of thoughts. I learned people had their limitations and I needed to focus forward on my own work. Licking the wounds that were inflicted by others was absorbing my time and I found making boundaries protected me from having any more wounds.

What changed? I spoke to myself differently in my head. I woke up to affirmations instead of instant self criticism. The success I found: my energy was drastically shifted, I found more direction, I felt in control. I continue to hold myself accountable and do not panic when I have hard days. Most importantly my past doesn't own me or define me at this point of my life. With the help of Tamara as my life coach I came to incredible conclusions of how to live my best life.

Massage Moment is a world-class massage therapy practice run by Tamara. Tamara is an absolutely amazing person, and she cares deeply about all her clients. I've been a regular client of Massage Moment since 2011--Tamara and her team have had a profound, positive impact on my life and wellbeing. The massage moment office is peaceful and has great energy. You will feel refreshed and relaxed just walking in the door. The facility has easy access, ample parking in the private lot, and a cozy, zen lounge to unwind in before your session.

I've been going to Massage Moment and Tamara for the last 13 years. I've been more than happy every time I go, and am only disappointed that I can't go every week. The new location is now even better. Very much recommended.
