• Massage Matters is the best massage experiences I have ever had. Easy to access as it is located conveniently (walking distance from subway) along with street parking close by. When you walk in the front desk staff has always been happy and professional when they greet me. Therapists have all been consistent in their treatment style so I'm always good with booking what ever therapist is available during a convenient time. I've had massages with 7 of their therapists over the years and they have all been exceptional! Each one ensures that they review my file in advance, talk about a treatment plan for the day and all have helpful hints post-treatment. BONUS! I'm also a "member" (was free to join) so I (along with my husband) get access to amazing prices and monthly massages. I also have gotten to know the owners (Shaun and Megan) over the years and they are passionate about the clinic and ensuring their patients are receiving the best treatment while focusing on an exceptional customer experience.
