  • it was my first time ever getting a massage and it was wonderful, I have been having a great deal of pain and tightness in my left lower back/hip and my chiro adjustments weren't helping/holding because everything was so tight. After the massage everything felt much looser and today I have had little to no pain in my back/hip, I got adjusted today and everything moved much better. I also didn't realize how crazy tight my neck/shoulders were until my massage and they are feeling a little sore but pretty good too. I saw Wendy and she was great, and I can't wait to get massaged again!
