• I felt very relaxed and Marjorie was good at working out problem areas. The only thing I would alter is the temperature of the bed. It was too hot for me. Marjorie turned it down/ off but it was still uncomfortably hot for me. I think maybe too many covers/ blankets. Her massage/ technique was a solid 10!

• Su gave me the best massage of my life. I scheduled a sports massage. I came in there in so much pain. I have been dealing with muscle spasms for 3 months in and off. I am in physical therapy for my back and shoulder. My PT told me I needed to start incorporating massage as part of my therapy because I have been having a lot of setbacks lately when we are incorporating more movement into my routine. I couldn't lift my arm before the massage but afterwards I had full range of motion. I've already scheduled again for next week!
