• Great massage and able to fit me in last minute. The only thing that could've been better was maybe an effort to help address the back issue beyond the Massage. Like us suggesting I come back or heating pads etc.

• MH has an easy to schedule online platform which I appreciated and I was about to get an appt quickly. It was nice that the intake form is offered online so it didn't take up more time in the office, but I was texted twice in a matter of hours (on a work day) asking me to fill it out, with some words in all caps. I understand the intent and it was a helpful request but felt a bit pushy. The only other reason for not giving a 10 is that Jasmine at times seemed a bit hesitant when initiating touch, which is kind of distracting/awkward, like you're somewhat being tickled versus massaged. Otherwise she was great and I appreciated the cushion option for prenatal!
