• This massage with Jasmine was my very first in my almost 65 years. I didn't know what to expect at all! She made me feel comfortable at the beginning and ended up making me feel very relaxed. I asked afterward and she told me where she felt any tension - the right hip - where I had a hip replacement (about 5 years ago) AND my calves. I was surprised she felt no tension in my left hip because I've had a hip replacement (in '18) and 2 hip replacement revisions since. It now appears to be "good." That was interesting and good news to me. She also applied enough pressure and she asked me to tell her if I wanted any less or any more pressure. [In HINDSIGHT I would have asked for more on my lower back (where I have two herniated discs) and my hips - just because of the multiple surgeries.] I actually don't know in the future how many massages I can afford -- this one was from a $130 gift card allowance I received last year or maybe even the year before in a school drawing at Rolling Ridge Elementary for staff - I retired last June after 17 years of being a Special Education teacher assistant and am subbing there age currently. I do have 2 friends - other Teacher Assistants at Rolling Ridge - who ALSO receive Massage Hope gift cards. This massage left me thinking I'd reach out to both of them and ask if they ever used them and IF NOT they definitely should! I will actually do this now!
