• Excellent massage. Alison gave a great deep tissue sports massage by combing myofascial massage with deep tissues that prevented soreness from digging into my muscles. I felt great afterwards with more mobility than I've had in a while. (it's been a few months since my last massage)

The staff were very accommodating in scheduling me and the one-hour massage by Jamie was the ideal balance of deep and relaxing. She's very good at what she does.
