• I think the promotional price was smart. The staff was friendly. The rooms were relaxing and comfortable. Great ambiance. Karli was great. I am sore todpaper towels. A small suggestion I have is that when the masseuse leaves the room so that we can get undressed, they ask if we would like some water, instead of having it there, so we get the feeling of getting a fresh cup (even though I am sure they are fresh for each guest). Also, if the water is servedin a glass cup, that is more environmentally friendly and appealing. I like that you bill directly to the insurance provider. It helps out financially.ay, so it's a good sign that she really worked the muscles. I left the room feeling very relaxed. I liked that the bathroom uses hand towels instead of
