• Normally a 10! Appointment at 2:45, left in room alone until 3pm. Great massage...but began the appointment by telling me about time constraints and what can be done, then leaves for a full 10 minutes before coming back to start the massage. That's never happened to me before at Massage Experts. Again, massage was great, but starting 15min utes after my appointment...not great. I love massages, love to get every minute in.
