• My massage therapist, Ilona, was amazing! She listened to my concerns and provided the best massage for my needs. She focused on my pressure points and released them, and also explained what she was doing and how it works, which I really loved because it helped me understand what my pain was stemming from, and how I could help communicate that to my therapists in future massages. She also gave me tips to help minimize and treat my pain going forward, which I really appreciated. I live in Saskatoon but I would absolutely travel back to Regina just for another massage from her!
