• Therapist was great as usual . The only problem with the treatment was that there was an annoying noise coming from the ceiling of the treatment room . Our options were to either mask it with loud music ( not relaxing ) or to listen to it during a 2 hour massage ( not relaxing ) or to change rooms after clothing was already removed ( not relaxing and other room was taken according to therapist ) .... the noise sounded like someone scraping ice from their driveway early in the morning as you are trying to sleep non stop and quite irritating ... I still rated massage as a 10 because I do love the therapist , owners and staff and very much appreciate the services. Again ... this is a first world problem so not really a problem at all 🤔... I just wanted to give you the feedback in order to have a technician take a look.. it is probably a broken ventilator or heater or AC or 🤷‍♀️... I booked my next treatment for next month and would very much appreciate not having that noise in treatment room 🙏I was looking forward to it and it made an otherwise perfect experience... yikes😵‍💫thanks again for all the hard work you put into offering the best of the best 👍have a great 2024!
