Only reason why I don't give it a ten is because payment is asked for prior to the session and the tip would typically be based on the service so giving a tip ahead of time seems counterintuitive. Although I understand why payment would be requested ahead of time given the fact that sometimes no one is there following my session to receive payment at the desk. Thank you!
