• I'm a monthly member and always recommend Massage experts, staff are so kind and I generally leave fully relaxed. My most recent massage on Sat Aug 14 was great, had an issue with billing/needing a new rx for massage which is fine ( so I ended up paying out of pocket). The issue I was debating bringing up is the Bluetooth my therapist was listening too was loud enough I could hear ( I thought I left my phone on at first but when she was working on my upper body I could distinctly hear music-from beginning to end of massage). Ican understand why herapists listen to music while working BUT I was distracted the entire time 1st thinking my phone was on and then realizing what it was. I left quite disappointed. (I'm used to the normal out of the room noise but the incessant music from her Bluetooth really took me out of my chance to relax my mind/meditate). Thanks for listening.
