• Great experience with the therapist. It took a while for reception to process my insurance claim, although they had it on file. This made me late for another appointment I had. Based on the amount of times I've visited the franchise I expected the turn around time with the receptionist processing the claim to be much faster. Otherwise, an excellent experience!
