• Walking, having a shower, combing my hair, getting a cup of coffee gave me excruciating discomfort. Today I feel like a new person. Exercised this morning, couldn't do all of it but I tried. Didn't have to hang on to the walls for support and carried my own coffee cup. Tomorrow will try to go for a walk. Haven't been able to do any of this for several months so
