• I feel welcome when I come in.  I’m a bit of an introvert so I struggle with small talk and there’s none of that, while I’m waiting.  I usually see David for my massages and he’s got great technique and finds issues and fixes them.  Also, he has a nice playlist goingso the music doesn’t stress me out.  When I pay and leave, the workis already done with regards to my health plan so I’m not waitingfor someone to do the paperwork.  Additionally, I have the option of going paperless with an email receipt, which I prefer.  10 is appropriate as a score.  I have recommended David to others who have also felt the same experience.
