• I find the therapist very knowledgeable and he makes general conversation during the treatment to make me feel comfortable. appears to be concerned with the effectiveness of the treatment. Very friendly front desk personal pleasant experience from the time walking in to leaving.

• Great customer service from front staff, always willing to help and very patient with putting claims through. Amazing massages from Alicia, very relaxing atmosphere and always willing to work on any area I am in pain. Always asks if the pressure is alright during massage.

• Everyone that works there is super friendly. Alicia is amazing. She always really listens to what I need, checks in throughout the massage, is friendly while giving space to relax, gives aftercare suggestions, and checks in before I leave to say goodbye and to make sure we covered everything. The women who works the front desk is sooo nice and makes me smile :)
