• I was assuming the scale was 1 poor, 10 good. So I gave a 10 because booking was straightforward and easy. I was listened to about the type of massage I needed. I often find therapists don't listen and I get hurt because they put on too much pressure so I was very happy to find someone who didn't do that. The membership idea is great - very good value for money. The only small negative comment I have is that the overhead lighting in the room is a little bright when you're lying face up but it's not a big deal.
