• I have had many services over the last 10 years around Europe and nova scotia. She was calm, patient , able to listen to the issues and focus on the areas required with a perfect understanding of what was needed. All the little extras including the warm towels and ideas for help at home where spot on.

• Megan is constantly communicating what she's doing next (a big one for me), we also discuss what areas I'd like her to focus on, is friendly, on time, and knows what she's doing. She offers stretching suggestions for me to do in between sessions. The front desk staff are always friendly, timely, and overall great. The facility is clean, does not have a scent, and the music is not to overpowering.
