• Friendly welcome when I checked in. my massage therapist (Natalie) is awesome - she takes a lot of care to ensure that I am comfortable throughout the treatment and I love the hot towels on my shoulders and back. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and I feel both relaxed and invigorated afterwards.
