She is an excellent communicator in answering my questions with sound, informative wisdom and recommendations for simple ways to incorporate exercise into my every day life which promotes healing and strength. I have also had massages done by other therapists at Massage Central and I appreciated their knowledge and information as well.

• It was my first massage ever but it was very relaxing, I would do it again. I do have one problem though I woke up with a rash everywhere he put the oil! What oil did he use? Just so I know I can't have that again.
