• When I ask for an hour I got a full hour. Some people like to shorten the hour and I thought she did a good job. First time I gave a 20 percent tip in a long time.

• Schedule mishap. Was told no hour appt so scheduled as 30 min. Massage therapist was expecting me as an hour and said it was available. I had already scheduled another appt after at salon but would have definitely stayed. Online scheduling said there was nothing available till the following day.
