• Even though the very deep tissue massage caused me to moan, groan, mumble and yelp a lot, I have to admit that the outcome was very favorable! I actually slept almost 7 hours that night, well over the 3-4 hours I had been able to get before that. I believe the infra-red sauna was also influential in the improvement.
