• Staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean. Lighting and music were relaxing. One recommendation I would make is providing information to staff regarding varicose veins. I explained that I had varicose veins that were very painful and to avoid that area. Unfortunately I believe the masseuse thought it was a ball of tight muscle and was trying to massage it more. I again tried to explain but it wasn't understood. Their actions were not malicious at all, but some education on varicose veins would be helpful to prevent discomfort for future clients. Thank you.
