• Always an excellent experience. Therapist are well trained and always listen to my concerns and issues. They work with me on my health issues and concerns. I can get a wonderful relaxing massage or a therapeutic massage targeting a problematic issue.

• I'd never booked a massage before, and definitely not one that could alter my body due to an injury I had several months ago. I had a herniated 6th and 7th vertebrae, this cause pain all done my arm and even after three months the recovery was slow. I explained to stephanie the woman doing my craniosacral massage what effects still lingered from my injury, mainly being the ability to use certain muscles on the left side of my body, and to due so with less or no pain. I was pretty sceptical of the massage and then again when she explained what I booked would be light touches to different areas of the body to get my spine aligned and fluids flowing properly. I believed what I need was a deep tissue massage and to just get some kinks out. The massage starts and as she said its light touching and also clothed another thing i thought odd with a massage lol. She grabbed my ankle and i could feel it in my spine and my injured arm and neck, most things she did seemed as though they couldn't have any effect. I didn't think that something that cause me pain for many months could be helped by light finger applications. after the massage was over she said I could take my time getting up and to relax, she meet me in the lobby. I laid there and stretched momentarily as I almost could've fallen asleep aside from my phone going off halfway into the massage. I walk out and stephanie asks, " well do you feel like a new man?". I did, I felt like a new man. The issues I had detailed to her before my massage, they're not completely alleviated but it is tremendously better compared to before m
