• I have had massages with Lisa, Mike and Jolene and I would recommend them all! They listen well, are able to find problem areas quickly and I always feel much better after the session. Lisa is very strong and I like going to her when I feel like my whole body is tight. Mike is very knowledgeable about running injuries, and can help you understand where your issues have come from. And last but not least, Jolene has been very good with my back and shoulder issues. All around best in the city!

• Vaughn was great! My body requires lots of pressure and deep tissue work and I definitely feel more mobile and relaxed today! It is also great when your therapist is educated about what kind of work you put your body through on a day to day basis! Every time I go to massage athletica I ask for Vaughn Friesen and mike booth. They never leave me disappointed.
