• ering a crash course in anatomy along the way. Back on the track today my legs felt fresh and the stretches I was sent home with made my cool down more eCarrie was very thorough in my 75 minute massage. I was particularly appreciative of her explanations of what she was doing and why she was doing it, offffective.
